Are all these bans because the cheese got detected or because of other factors? And I assume from reading the comments, they don't do hardware bans?

You don't need a woofer, at least not until around account 5-6.

I need your advise...

I have system with dual boot:
C\windows
L:\windows

One account of BF 5 AND BF 6 is on C and another account BF 6 is on L.
I got banned on account installed on second boot L:\windows

I unplug this disk (L) from my system, really i risk being banned on my account too present on disk C ?

Don't log in yet on your other account and test first with another alt account to see if you're HWID banned
