oh it actually does matter cuz there is a small but important difference between WinXP or Vista/Win7 and between 32 or 64 bit. its important for the coder to know on which system the error came up to make a fix for that system
besides in that quote there is the solution for that problem but if the coder asks for system when posting errors its important to do so
