Didn't want to write more but since he cared for what he said he doesn't care with a moment of panic he had let me correct that. There's no missing table. It's extending data size for a single blob, modifying 1 existing function, and adding 3 missing functions, taking 2 funcs available from boi, creating 1 new funcs based on line.

its missing some ips on manageserver.ini and you need check the gate port on between line and manageserver
