PVE Server

I am tired to trying out servers and them all being High PVP I like PVP but I like to PVE more I am trying to self teach myself how to make a server that is close to vanilla BOI as possible just change a few things to earn zen in game only test it and adjust accordingly I like the idea of daily zen and a friend is going to try showing me how to make custom pets/gear for donation. I was Hoping to hear y'alls thoughts on how to make a server that is more community based than servers are now...i feel servers have just turned into farmers and people only worried about how to get there gear maxed out and forget about communicating with other players. Idk I am probably ranting but let me know what y'all think

its just not a game for pve it allways come's down to pvp it is the way it was designed gearing is done in open world timed spawned bosses how could you possibly make it fair to all for pve ? good luck.

i suppose you could move gear to instances but how boring would that get really fast
