Reinstall it and select Run Script in the setup customization.

right click on au3 file -> open width -> choose default program
then u will have dialog
press browse->and navigate in your AutoIt folder->Scite->Click Scite.exe and press Open
check "Alway use the selected program to open this kind of file"
press ok
