Interesting, how will be the pricing model? I mean, are there going to be micro transactions based on the mtrue server? Or is going to be something different, like only cosmetic (Clothes, Hats)?
And do you know which payment methods are going to be used, besides paypal?

Well well well... I'm glad to hear/see that there is a new p-server of Atlantica. Played all versions out there and kAO has best events. Got plenty of friends from kAO/iAO/euAO/jAO/ruAO. If this goes smooth,then a player-base community gonna be (in time) big.

Been an Atlantica player since it was launched in my country years ago. Sad to see they failed to manage economy and the in-game gold became so worthless to the point that I can't keep up anymore due to this other game called "real life".
Definitely gonna check back often for progress on this. I long to have a fresh Atlantica start.

Work is still being done but they have hit a wall with limitations/caps, plus work is being done on new anti-cheat
Still no time frame tho :/

i was waiting Years for it and a Person (idk kevy21
i think not sure) has promised he got the Files and do a Pserver...just a big fat lie

The game just doesn't make money or function very well with a small community, as the economy of the game is complex.
All people i work with either dont have the passion to complete or run out of time/money to invest.
The game is now quite old and the majority of proper AO players have moved on and no longer really care for it ;_;
I really would love todo it myself but its not possible atm

ich hab da mal eine Frage und zwar wie genau kann man seinen SQL Server so einstellen das man ihn mit einem externen Appache Server verbinden lassen kann?
Also sprich:
Verbindung aufbauen nicht wie man es gewöhnt ist mit
mssql_connect(bla/SQLEXPRESS, ..., ...)
sondern dann eben mit einer IP Adresse:
mssql_connect(127.0.0.1, ..., ...)
