The website include coding too.

50 only for the design "MAYBE" but not for both. u will never find someone that will acccept this here...

can create for 60€ an excellent Design with all inclusive. but im Not coding that Thing. BTW i cant code

Probably poor quality..

I'd design for 50 euros it's a normal price.. also add the same value for the coding.. which'll be in total = 100 euros..
