One time I used cheats like a goofball and was blocked at first, and I bought an account and used it while acting, but I was blocked again.

When I bought a new Arma 3 account again, I changed my profile and changed my IP. They were blocked by BattleEye. I'm not sure about the Battle Eye kick Ban system. What if I buy a new account, change my IP, and change my profile, I won't be blocked?

I'm pretty sure you need to delete some files, change IP, and buy a new account but I'm not totally sure.

Revo uninstaller pro, uninstall steam and the game completely and make sure to get the trace files

probably hwid ban

reinstall windows and delete everything with a new account, if its not working you got hwid banned
