Is it true that you can get uniques out of Wise man Stones?

There has been that rumor but until I see it with my own eyes I would say no. It's kinda like a fable atm no evidence to even back it up just word of mouth.

k np, i just reached alchemy rank 10 today, gonna collect some material for +-30 wiseman stones
ill tape it if i open them, and if there is one in it , ill post the vid here

PASSIVES
Agility= A.Rating,D.Rating
3 Agility = 2 A.Rating,D.Rating
Stamina= Health Points
4 Stam = 32 HP
Wisdom= Mana points
4 Wisdom = 22 MP
Strenght= Damage
3 Strenght= 1 Dmg
Intellgence = increases mana regeneration and increased damage to casting classes
A.Rating= Increases how often you hit for your max dmg or within your max dmg
D.Rating= (not quite sure)
Ashtal
5 Dmg
82.5 mp
120 HP
10 A.Rating
10 D.Rating
Fortune Gate in towns (not battle ground) show unique and elite weapons armor only (no rare or normal) at lvl 96

Made an update:
updated Mount Table for scion and new mounts deerwolf and eyeball
Is this ever gonna get a sticky I am the only one that keeps my guide updated and has a huge amount of useful tables and guides.Also working on integrating some new guides/builds for all classes will post an update later

Is there any website that provides leveling guides, pvp guides, character creation guides, profession guides for HO? Im new to the game, and tried to search for some, but couldnt find any.
Would be great if someone could write/share a guide related to the assassin class, explaining how should we distribute the points correctly, what equipment should we use/buy, what quests are really important to make etc.
Any help would be much apretiated.
