I did this With the Korean Client With no luck, dosent work for me. 
If anyone wants to try it I'm sure I can uplode the Korean Character file.
Let me know If you want it.
P.s. Dont get your hopes up tho. Dosent seem to work..

tested to use the japanese character folder into the webzen character folder and... it's say you can't make a dragonscion before the beta of December 01 , 2010
What error did im doing?

Ok, I have enough of all the greedy ones that wanna get money from it even though they aren't the original founders, so here's the method :
Download the Japanese /or Korean /or Chinese version of the game. Then replace the character folder from the respective region to Webzen's Character folder.
There you go, you have unlocked the Dragon scion character, but only one is avaible.
Don't forget the thanks button :)
