New realm .ini files edited!

so its as i said ? every time there is a new patch we have to re-edit the files ? or copy paste if its same order and place etc ?
its not like i said on other topic? that when a patch comes they edit the ini folder that we have edited ?
i mean simply add and drop stuff in MODDED ini ?

I dont quite understand, so let me explain with a example:
patch 1:

new items added to the game
- u need to modify your new ini file wich came with the patch(like CF patch)



Patch2:

Just a normal patch for fixing other things, no new items added
- Just copy your edited ini file over the new one again.

ok what i ment was if we have XXXXXX BIGLOS XXXXX in our ini...
i thought that if new patch came it wouldnt put biglos normal again, but let it ***..BIGLOS..***
as long as it mods (new or removed items) didnt involve our edited ones.

but as you said it now, it means that if they add or drop stuff or even if they just do random patch

then the whole ini file becomes back to normal ?
