Appreciate you speaking up. Honestly, based on the work Feldunost has publicly shown on Reborn, I'm not particularly impressed by what's been presented so far. There's also a tendency to be very cryptic about the actual work and technical details, as if everything is some top-secret operation, while making strong claims about what other people can or can't achieve.

I think what he meant to say is that, at this stage, the likes of Al3css and his 20 alter egos, Hm., and yourself all fall into the same category when it comes to ArchLord and its development.

There was some controversy behind Hm, but he helped his way.
However Al3css was never part of the project, only helped sometimes on the forum.
Biggest helpers were still Hm, Elebut, plus some more.
Back on topic, since it could help Havocker :
- map is fully layered and rendered perfectly,
- buildings are a mix of ep7 and ep8,
- skills are all imported and exactly the same look,
- items are all imported but need more work (on the organization side),
- animations are imported and works,
- monsters and their aggro engine works (however some fixes are needed because they fight each other to the throat, and some even levelled up lmao)
- quests won't be imported, the system will be quite different,
- some events are imported, some not, that's personnal choice for a better way of playing,
There is still a lot of work to diverge from the archlord story, but it's playable.
Good things takes time.
But i agree Hokage, there was only few people who were really helpful, and i am glad people like cmb, ace-ppc (and many others) exists and contributed.

I can also tell you that none of these projects did anything aside from editing a few ini files and using pre existing bins and host the ep2 servers, there was 0 technical involvement from any of the people involved.

You haven't been a part of the Archlord scene since Archlord-Online? What about when you were GM-Joffrey on Justac for a long period of time? Spawning a GM merchant and teleporting your friends to it with your friend who pretended to be a GM from codemasters? I wonder how many secrets you would try to hide on any other project you are/were helping with that can be abused by you and your friends.
I am sorry to the OP that his thread was hijacked by someone like Feld/Joffrey. I would not recommend working with him on anything Archlord related.
