This the link where u can buy this gamecard through paypal or whatever 
Then just go to 173.com --> member --> translate with google chrome and press recharge. It will redirect u, translate again and put ur id twoce in the first 2 boxes. Pick shanda card and u will be redirected again. Rest is pretty logic if u see it, u can upload 1 or more cards at same time.
Only bad thing is a bit fee, but ye thats normal. 100 Yuan costs u about 14€ which at the moment equals with 12000 coins ingame.
(Once u bought the card on the site, ull have to verify your mail first and then ull receive the code)

Nop u dont have to buy credits normally, i bought the one of 100 yuan
Maybe this will be easyer. Follow these steps.
1. Go to this link :
2. Register on this site
3. Choose the amount of the card you want to upload
4. Confirm the order
5. Choose your payment method
6. Pay with ...
7. It will ask you now to verify your email before you will receive the code.
8. Once you have received the code, Go to 173ac.com -> Member and press recharge
9. Fill in these things
10. Pick: Upload one card, fill in the code and password and enjoy!
(I know my picture editing skills sck but ye at least i hope it could help a bit)

Csro is a chineese server whit 1 exp, but why is it better then Isro?
Because there is no pvlv cap,like if 100 lvl guy lvl up you on penons and you are 30 lvl, you get very good exp, it has got 100 lvl cap and 10dg weapon,chineese people are very kind :P
