I usually login first with a character who's in town, then i logout and login with the other char. That works for me.
Not sure, many people telling me it has something to do with Windows Vista. Some said with your graphical card, or mobo. Got problem on my laptop and my other 2 computers.

when u install the game. go to where it was installed, find the 2 xcrash n delete...

So you have the problem that GG Shows you a windows with n/a ?

If yes its easy de-install the game and all other datas from Archlord.
Redstart the Computer
Re-Install .

AT CM i never had a xCrash but now evry 2nd try to loggin to server then xCrash than i try with 2nd char on the Acc than it works i switch to main it works too thats my little trick
