i can't enter the game , when i press start , the laucher temporary stop working and after some second the login icon apear , i type the id and password , press enter and the launcher show me a window with a issue :NEtwork failure, please try again later

I heard much people complaining today, i'll have a chat with GM-Justac about the support section and allows a better support from now on. We will add an helpdesk section as it's one of the best solutions to solve problems. Anyway it will take some time to re-organize this.
