Well, there was rebalance of skills some time ago, so few skills have additional effects. On that website
, it shows the old effects. So Far Sight can be useful because it will give u more range when u cast skills/normal attack, but it is not that important skill so u can not learn it. And Mana Gain is good passive skills, because it gives mana which archers need a lot, but after rebalance it also gives HP
