It have been answered in webzen forum bug section.
Just clean your whole skill bars, and relog and clean and relog, untill there is strictly nothing remaining in it after a fresh relog.
Only after that you can put your skill back in it properly.
[Help]Skill Problem 09/28/2011 - CO2 Private Server - 0 Replies I have a little annoying skill problem. when I use the skill "Phoenix" (it's a passive skill that people use if their sword is level 5+ to do extra damage on targets) it tends to not show up or raise the exp bar inside the skill box. But lately i havent been able to see other players skills. I can only see mine and when another person cast their skills all i see is the damage. Any suggesions on why this is happening and how i can fix it?
