I would use 2x Int Shutas + Exc faren because Elementalist have low dmg already (In comparations with other characters) so both +1 and elemental dmg will help.
About 2x Exc feathered, Good luck trying to kill someone with those rings, and to give you extra info, a friend that got 2x Exc feathered was testing his damage on me (he's elem lvl 120, i'm Sorc lvl 120) his max damage was 1600 - 2000 with his best skill, You must trust me when i say, He's a good elementalist and his damage totally suck with Exc Feathered, my advice... use Exc feathered to buff up or tank... but if you want deal damage use Int shutas.
PS: ChooseClass, why you act like a pro now by knowing everything about every class/char but later you create 300 post asking how to build char and which char is better? no offense but you're weird.
