It would be good if there has one. It may be possible to contribute new things to the current ps. or it would be much great that someone writes one.

I have already found and made edits to the DDS files that I would like to be used instead of the originals, but the current rdbdata unpacker does only that, unpack. I'm looking for a way to replace (Such as WoW's patch editor) the originals with my own edits, by either editing the actual rdbdata files, or through injection.
The rdb to be edited is 11.rdbdata, replacing: ...
