data.pak unpacker and repacker

are there un/repackers out there that actually work. i want to unpack the dekaron data.pak to replace the translated china folder i have so that the game is enlgish and then repack it. i searched the forums and found 1 but the guy removed it =[. any1 know a good 1?

yea, most servers just put a patch over dekaron 29_10 + trane patch, but then the game is chinese, i have a translated china folder but i cant make it work cuz the .pak file is packed so i cant replace it, and its usually a while before most servers release an english client.
