All black chars in selection screen

Cant play game: I can select a char, but invent. and skills bar are empty, also my bank and stuff on the item seller, are disapeared (but money it is).

This happens since yesterday (29 february), when i log on, the game did a little update and they download some files, and then i could`nt play no more.

Sorry for my bad english, but can someone help me???

1. update gfx card
2. relaunch
3. if same problem, deinstal AL
4. reinstall AL
5.relaunch

and tell us

but 99.9% sure, its a problem with ur AL files. reinstall needed at 99.999%

I think you have to denistall AL too and updated ur PC (Graficcard)..

A fried of me had it too .. he has updated the PC (Grafik of new version) and deninstalled al and install new.. and it works perfect on him! try it.

I think like P!tch it will success after this!

Same thing happened to me. Uninstall, update, play. Ta-dah!
