Ranger Skill Build Requirement Lv106

im playing first time every with rangers not sure which skills are best for ranger.
first take a look on what i skilled.

Im mainly going to add Intel Shuta/Blodes + Intel Luke.

Im not sure about HH skills but i think u don't need atm this Rage Tornado Frenzy sux imo

I know, I dont like just to say "bad", but there are many bad things in that build: Mostly:
No fine bow or fine kataria? fail
Intellect????? epic fail
Moonligth breath level 1???? epic fail

The above are obviously VERY VERY WRONG and should be revised.
There are other minor mistakes, but we must correct the big problems first.

Less important: No Shadow chaser?
Energybolt 3/5?

this build is k , but
Fine Kataria/Eternal Soul/Moonlight Fever dont need to be lvl 5, lvl 1 is enough
mana absorb at least lvl1-> ignore ele resi attack
true impact at least lvl 1 -> cast debuff

if you upgrade water topedo/divine lightning/true impact/Sequence attack/mana absorb depends on your way playing. either casting or crit/ignore

some ppl will know a build and have a lvl ??? but never know how to play it but none the less...... ok
1st ur unqies are better geared for casting ranger anway (personally cast ranger ftw) ..... pls put resit in rings if not already in them... some ranger think they dont need resit untill I debuff u for 50%
2. ur build is way off compare to what ur unqies are so... i'll start from passive
intention max , nimbleness 1 point (save some for other skills and HH) endurance 1 point (same reason), power surge 1 point (rangers have more attack from both agi/str so u kinda need both) an acute shot,moonlitght breath and life grow MAX
class. enternal soul moon light max
buff. air,ele defense , kataria max if u can
combat. ur fine
Combo.. heres where ur unqies come into play u want the highest dmg possible and deff the highest dbuffs. So every thing should be maxed other than Concealment and Ele Favor ( personally unless ur making ppl invis all the time its a waste of a point)
HH. ur fine after some more lvls put some into passive but looks good to me
Anyway this is what i thought of ur build GL and HF


also if u are gem of orgin ur build start with ur HH skill point u show in drwx then work from there see how many point u have left

its just the beginning for me with ranger man. im archer guy you know but people who said my build is so bad its because i didnt learn the main skills on purpose, just basic ones.
Fortunately, i got mail on the ranger for Free LvLs +20 so ill be lv 120 soon. So now i need build for lv 120 Ranger ROLF

yes im still on Urzark and of course its my home server dude. im just not as Undeadman at the moment
