All the game needed was 3 GMs online 5 hrs a day. And those 3 people should PLAYED game untill they were GMs.

Actually CM was the better company, that heard their costumer wishes. Webzen are just some koreans that don´t even know how to speak english(-> thats the reason of the low support).

the game is fantastic and i think one of the best games ever made but its just crappy because of how the GMs work

Ok for one GM's were not giving away free cc people were using illegal means to get free cc , the only corrupt things the GM's did were give free items away and take part in ban wars.

None of you can blame CM for not fixing the updates and fixes we needed because they all came from NHN the games designer. CM paid for stuff they never received, CM fixed what they were allowed to on their own, CM used to have and hold events all the time until mid ep 3 then they stopped completely.
At least CM answered our tickets and were visible in the forums and actually took part in some conversation in the forums and heard our suggestions.
All archlord needs is a coder/programer/designer to fix things cause the currents ones don't give a **** cause they are making money off newer games now.

I have played star wars and it's not all that great tbh

And I do remember a public chat that you could enter a few times a day ingame where a Gm would answer to any question he or she could answer. Somewhere at the end of ep1 and the beginning of ep2. Cc wasn't that expensive ( till the dupe ) and having a high lvl toon meant something. Whenever I wrote a ticket I would always get a responce back within 1-2 hours or less. They helped me out countless of times.
Yeah, there was indeed a Gm who gave away free stuff. But the majority of the community wouldn't even notice it. Until ep3 when those "fake" uniqs were made and sold for 10$ here (good times)
