99% Cooldown [SORC]

Anyone have any ideas on how to get 99% cooldown on sorc? ( not cast)

My sorcs lvl 110, Thanks...

cooldown is caped to 95% if im not wrong and u can get it from necktar and cf cooldown food + cooldown build on sorc

+10 (Gracia's Nectar)
= 94% + Cooldown Food -> 99%

Don't forget 10% from BG buff

On Archon/Deribelle we are getting atleast 1 or 2 buffs every BG Battle...

last weeks orc get some buffs to cuz some high lvl guys pku erebos and some other noobs rushing humans am i right and gte buff but erebos dont hah axD

and i wasnt online whit sorc so **** happens ^_^

lolz on eu3 (brumhart/gaiahon) orcs never get any bg buffs...every week elfs get all buffs or at least 5-6

You can also make that head thing that you can make bith bones that you can collect in CF, also do cooldown 5% or 10% cant remember
