game starter error :S

HI!
i've been looking on forums, searched the whole internet and i can't find a solution to my problem. i've downloaded the game client, installed it, downloaded the game starter and also installed it. when i go to archlord website, login and click the button start game, i get game starter error. the message says: ???? ??? ???? ???? that's all. i have also reinstalled windows, reinstalled game, reinstalled game starter, tried different browsers (ie, chrome). i'm using mozilla firefox (latest wersion). please help me, i want to play archlord again! i'm using windows xp sp3

maybe you are blocked from your country ... try to use a proxy.

i don't think so, im from slovenia (EU). My friend can play this game, but i get an error **** :/

is there any possibility to start the game without starting it from the web site?

one of my mates have this error to ! i reported to gm's but no response( and this was 1 month ago)

i dont know what the GM's are doing, 300 and more people have this problem and there is no sollution

i want to play this game again, if someone could te me how to start this game without logging on the webzen website

computer specs , and any other info about whats on your computer would always help when asking for help to solve a technical problem.

We can not just assume whats wrong and give you ideas we need specific information.

ok, my computer specs are:
Intel Core 2 Duo 2,20gHz
2GB RAM
500GB HD
GeForce GTS 250 1GB
now, windows XP SP3, before windows 7
I reformatted the HD because of archlord, installed win XP SP3 and have the same error :/ im using no antivirus, firewall is allowig archlord connections... atm i have installed: Xfire, skype, mozilla, TeamViewer 6, Utorrent, Daemon tools and google chrome. I think thats all, if u want to know anything else let me know

hmm so you had format your hdd and still same error?
mabe 1 of the driver makes some trouble i dno if hardware can
cause that too

probably its just your provider
can you try out your pc at some freinds home?

mabe format again and just install all you need for play archlord

yes. driver for what is now the question...no sry i can't, but my friend has the same internet provider and he can play the game... but whe he goes to: C:Windows/System23 and founds CMStarterCore, double click on it and he get's the same error as i get by startig the game.... he also has sent his files to me but i get the same error ****
