write Archlord_DatTool.exe compress (folder created by Archlord_DatTool.exe when u decompressed )

I am trying to display some .tx1 files (these from item folder), but I can't get them opened somehow yet. In their last lines it says something about png. Here is a decrypted .tx1 file, if someone else also wants to try:
