[QUESTION/REQUEST] .ini and .cfg decryptor

SOMEONE KNOW HOW TO decrypt .ini and .cfg files..

im planning to have GG emulator than waiting for that updated UCE

do someone know???

i already got the host files

maybe if someone can help me we will both be benefited.

sorry for my bad english...

hope somebody knows.. I NEED a software.. do someone have it and can share thx remember .INI and .CFG decryption software..
