just need to know what the max lvl in the itemtemplate is ; is it the lvl YOU are or the lv the MOB is .

otherwise I couldn´t have dropped a Shuta on Thief Chargers with lvl 33 a while ago

thief chargers are lvl 27 and he was in +6 lvl range so
