there are many guides that explain this, if you've tried them and it does not work then its simple, either you're just not able to do the following:
-Get the pass to your own(parents) router :this is the problem that i have... **** parents:
-You dont have a router... really never heard of this situation... pretty sure its easy to get around
-Just havnt spent much time searching, or even studying the general information of computers, give it time and do some online scrounging.
If this does not apply, simply find a [GUIDE]Setting up a server with myPhpAdmin. or something like that.
