u can encrypt the old and the new ini.
then u copy the last 3 or 4 items from the new ini in the old ini(i mean this was the only new parts)and decrypt the new ini.

Absolutely right, use iniDecrypter (to encrypt/decrpt). Use Total commander (to compare files).

But the ini dont show you the HH armor, BG armor, event pieces and stones :/

heh ye Event pieces arent shown, the ini was edited way before the event was introduced, thats why the effect is this and not other. about HH and BG realms, i didnt bothered editing them as because they do not drop and i didnt see any reason why would that be needed ^^.
anyways if i find free time i will edit ini and post it in this thread. :]

Instructions
Step 1 | Browse to the directory you installed the game
Step 2 | Extract the files to your game directory, overwriting the existing
Step 3 | Right-click NINEDRAGONS.EXE and go to Send To -> Desktop (create shortcut)

They are good to get information, that you can edit the data.pak with winhex a bit better. But you already know that ;)
I've modified the .csv files and saved them as .xls files. Those files are now better for getting information. They have a better overview.
At the moment I've only modified the monster.csv, info.csv and maplist.csv
If you need another .csv, I can modify them too and add them here ;)
