stones u mostly need from 1 till 60 stamina and ( elemental highst lvl u can pay, if u can't afford dmg) now the best way to go is aoe. reason vital charge.
elementalstones are cheaper and give higher dmg than lvl 3 dmg stones.)
when u can pay go for
Stamina + dmg
U need high hp for vital charge turns dmg into hp.
u need dmg for aoe.

when possible try to look for neckys with more slots this will make sure u can take res stamina and maybe wings.
Zerks need res just like the others they have no res skills till higher up!

on webzen u find diff builds. heres the basics u need and i think every zerk should have at least:

to make ur zerk a good fast pve tank u need vital charge as high as possible some good shoes with movement speed and maybe wings. this will make sure u can get alot of mobs together in short time. ( also block in boots can be helpfull.
go 2 handed till 50 or so. and than take blunt.
3 aoes are enough so pick them wisley often 1 sp in an attack is enough try building it up with +1 from armor and weps.
when u have some return orbs u could start with linearblow and the lvl 22.

to make it good pvp:
<<<<<<<<<<<< Zerks can go on crit on lvl 67 if I am right. Then they get their second crit buff.
erase the blunt/twohanded + skill and buy sword one. and go crit. ( if u want to go pvp offcourse.

good grinding spots
try to go dungeons and or outside where there are many mobs. find out what gives faster xp. Alot mobs outside easy drop or fewer mobs inside.
try them and find out. the faster they drop the more XP. so that should be ur motivation on were to grind. xp per mob + number of mobs + drop speed = grind spot.
i hand grinded so i don't know what bots need.
salamarisgarden is a goodplace to bot in silent between lvl 30 - 40
BG is the best place for a zerk u can pulll alot and well they are human mobs so no elemental resistance needed.

* last but not least: tho they need high dmg and stamina. they also need defense. so don't settle for cheap armor but try to make or buy best possible.
