this is for the buyer.
Go to the thread the seller made to post his or hers item / account etc.
on the left side you will see the user name, elite gold, the black market and REQUEST TRADE.
the buyer will click request trade then another window will open and you can add a middleman if you used. Then press submit.
Now the seller must go to the black market at the top of the screen is 6 tabs..

click the black market then the seller will see a trade request from the buyer.
It will usually start with some number like #450564 "name of the thread" "Buyer"
click on the number. then you will see at the bottom.
Rating, +1 -1 or Neutral
and a comment field.
voila.. done.
