If you click on someone you can see who they have targeted, and if you're stealth, that isn't possible so it is obviously a hack/mod.

You can cancel the target being removed but the distance display will loose on overhead an you can't use a skill until within stealth view range. The server doesn't send any information to your client until the other client is within range an theres tells the server "im too close" an gives them away.

You don't have to have the mod IN the Archeage directory at all

I've tried to point this out to alot of people an even giving instructions, telling them not to rename anything, just simply download/run and if error then check directory an fix, they still seem to want to not listen or read the readme.

This will be alot better when I can have more free time, holidays coming up in NA suck and no time from work is killing my want to do shit, sigh. I will give a go when I have extra time soon an put some neat things with alot of code cleanup when I can.

Oh and also, to the people who keep asking about 'will i be banned' , stop asking. The mod has nothing to do with hackshield or how hackshield detects, it would be the server or launcher and since the there is nothing but client-sided being done an if there was server checks in place trust me I would see/know/inform.

In short, stop being worrysome & enjoy and don't worry about trion, they cannot do shit currently and if they ever can, I'll let you know before you even come close to a ban considering how much more I do on my client then what ya'll are using.

I have claimed multiple plots in a row multiple weeks now. (lately it's getting harder)
but i am still ok, so they wont ban you. You may develop a reputation on your server though and be labeled a hacker, which has happened to me, on a smaller scale though. I'm not the top land grabber atm.

The routine goes like this
Download mod rar file
Go to Downloads ---> Right click mod.rar --> Extract here /mod ---> Use installer.
Is there anything that im doing wrong here?

From what you are telling me, no, there doesn't seem to be anything that you're doing wrong. The only thing I can ask to help you out, is if you wouldn't mind running a teamviewer session with me and I can see first hand what exactly might be going on. Send me a PM and we can work out a time to get this done if you are interested.

This was exactly my problem. This is how I fixed it.

Instead of extracting to \mod which never worked for me, make a folder inside the bin32 folder called 'Mod' Extract it to there. Run the installer without admin. Boom.

That's how you are suppose to do it but not in the bin32 you put the Mod folder inside the Beta folder or for the new client it creates a Live folder now not Beta. The installation is quite confusing to be honest. If I hadn't known how to open and read the .bat file to see how it was installing I would have had an issue figuring it out myself.

It would be better just to create a setup file that installs the mod folder where it needs to be then runs the .bat file. Just a suggestion.

As for people needing to do things with the installer by moving an adjusting an all that, its just based on cpu settings & OS really. Some people leave alot of admin things on, others bare bones, some are win7 others run win8, some install it one place, others another. It can't be totally perfect, you know.
