Anyone knows if u can get ship regrade scrolls, delphinad pottery and perdita torsos from the sunken chest in 2.5? :^)

I haven't found any on pts to confirm but from what I've read from other players is the statues and pottery still pop but the bags containing scrolls and designs drop maybe 1 in 6 sunken chests. Plus there seems to be a debuff after you open chest that lasts for a minute thirty that won't allow you to open any chests until the debuff is gone.

The chests still contain pottery and statues, tested and confirmed on PTS myself. The debuff is slightly hindering but considering the time between some chests that are not doubled up it is rather an irrelevant mechanic. The designs/scrolls are indeed nerfed for drop rate, so they will raise in price - stock up while you can!

I don't know what's wrong but a few days back I started to get "Paket Error !!" messages everytime I want to join on a server. So I made a fresh install of AA and then of the mod pack but some hours later I had the same problem again. That sucks because I have to copy & paste the whole game_data.pak everytime I get this error which is few times a day.

Any solution to this?

Is it possible to test derp on pts or this something you are strictly handling?

1) can i see fishing boats?
2) can i see at least as far a a ship radar 1000m
3) can i view trade packs on boats?
4) how could i use this to pirate from other players on the sea?
5) is this basically only used for geting stuff under the water?
6) does it or can it have any type of useful radar to be able to give me max income effect. other then just sea boxes.


Does anyone know if sub's are worth the investment? i have no idea about the damage out. can it kill a fishing boat or keep up with one??

Doing it myself, works fine, is not much changes to where I'm doing my edits in memory since the majority of the patch is in x2game.dll and the game_pak itself.

Check the version, make sure dx9 only, doesn't support steam or archebuddy.

1. Boats got a bit of an increase in distance but its more so not always the case because the server does not always send the information to the client which the client is often dependent on that for rendering anything.
2. Same as above.
3. If I were to add it to change the pack inside the boat yes and its been requested/done and handed to a small bit of people that asked for it or the model to it.
4. By simply removing the water ingame and you'd be easy as anything to fight in the ocean, see a few pages back with Ultimate doing it on Kyprosa, granted he was a good pvper to start, he utilized it well in combat and also derp too, but I wouldn't recommend doing what he did with derp unless your going yolo mode
5. Nope, also reaching places you shouldn't, changing cameras in a way your not supposed to, other things too.
6. I don't intend on working on a radar, there was one in the works but unfortunately sullx has taken absence ( like completely dropped off the world for some reason ) and it kind of left me with a blank on progressing further since I did most of the memory and he was doing the front and without the source that was being worked on I'm kind of at a disadvantage to do anything more with it an it screwed the whole idea.

It doesn't do damage out? There is no damage hack that is in the game, only one for speed - which is not public. In term's of speed, the speedhack can keepup with mytic sails without swim fins and just sprinting in water, if that was your question.

i was just wondering if the sub's damage output was worth it. i seen a video where it hit a ship for about 300 damage.

also what is the "max speed limit" i know you dont wanna go zooming at 100m/s.

It's with the scripts installed. It happend just now as some features stopped working I started the game again and then bäm, Paket Error. Now I have to c&p the files again..

whats you're PC info. do you run any MSI stuff?

maybe its a windows thing?

Ye. I have to copy it over every time I get the Pakt Error message.
Runngin Win8.1 on a decent hardware. No MSI programms or hardware are installed atm.
I don't think that this is a windows specific problem because it worked fine last week. I know that there was no patch or something but I can't tell you what might cause the problem.
Tested some things like uninstall the mods and run the game without the launcher or derp but neither resolved the issue.

Let's wait untill we got 2.5 and Plox update derp and the mod. Maybe this will help.

let me get this clear... u run 5 on launcher before the game start ? if u do this..

I'm not stupid. So no, havn't done that.
What I meant was that I played with scripts installed BEFORE the error occoured.

I just saw that after I get this error AA generates a file called "MissingFilesRANDOM_NUMBER.log". I'll attach it to my post (had to zip it because it's more than 5MB).
As this happend a lot times I think it has something to do with the "instant exit" feature. But I'll test that after I c&p the current broken game_data.pak.
