In most cases to stay safe would be to not act like you know where they are, maybe consider turning it way down limiting distance. You can use esp and not be banned but just just dont play like you know where they are in a sence if you can help it. Keep a low profile and you will be okay.

if u expect to get banned use xbox account method very easy to setup new accounts

Even if you play it safely, it will eventually be detected unless you are using DMA
They detect memory modulation

Play as if you are not using cheats, and dont be suspicious. You should last a long time if your cheats are undetected.
