Depends from cheat to cheat, i know most of the providers charge an one time fee for setup. Before it was only japanese switches with very old firmware, but i dont think its like that anymore

The problem is an incorrect CFW, and the console is banned.

I think mattya offers this service, just google Mattya Shop JCU and his socials w his discord linked should hop up. Also get ready for some translation fun since hes japanese

Not if you know what you are doing.
They can still manually ban your console from online play if you are obvious enough though
