DMA question

So I am interested in getting a DMA but had some questions regarding a second pc.

I have a Rog ally extreme with a dock that has some usb 3.0 slots. Would that work? I posted the specs of the system at the bottom.

The R/R speeds of the rog ally itself are pretty good and the dock I am using has USB 3.0 speeds of 5gbs. Would it really be that bad?
