Ring-1 Spoofer is temporary. It requires Intel CPU and some other things to change in your BIOS and Windows defender. There's a whole tutorial on their site on how to use it.

The reported dose works perfectly if you can afford it. I haven't personally used temp sync, but it is likely to function as reported. As for its permanence, you will need to check if your motherboard supports it, along with requiring RAID 0. Regarding edgy, I can vouch for its reliability, but it's important to verify if your motherboard supports it as well.
