Then one must ask if he doesn’t talk to consumers how does one reach him. A person wants to resell. It’s nearly impossible that dev or his manager doesn’t have some-kind of middleman that interacts with consumers. All his resellers found him too right, they just too saturated to tell people how to reach them. Resellers not getting their keys through harry potter’s owl right? You must also consider that developers do not want to waste time with a plethora of randoms as well

I think I can tell you that cola is often detected, and then the developer will give it to customers for free, which is equivalent to a free tester, because the repair time is very long, so you can even use it for two months
