about IZI's 24/7 support I can't imagine

I intercepted this picture and put it in the attachment of this line. I don't want to say anything. You can view the contents of the attachment yourself. I confused any information that might lead to disclosure. So Izzy won't blame me at least. I just want to reflect their real support. As a member who just bought izi, he not only didn't give me membership(I got my key, but I can't connect now. I don't even know what happened. No one replied to me.), but also when the link of izi was wrong, I didn't get any information and didn't reply with any support..

I'm in China, so the time I show here is from 9 p.m. to the early morning, but they are not. They should be in the morning or afternoon.

AND WITHOUT SUPPORT RESPONDING

Then I have to say that when I was worried that my computer couldn't run izi, they gave me a test key, which was good. Izi performed well in the game, but it only reduced FPS. I'm not trying to speak ill of izi. I just hope I can express my true point of view, and they can see and improve.

Some people may say, "if you didn't mean to speak ill of them, why did you publish this thread?", I want to say that when you just bought a chair, you only played for one day, and then suddenly you can't connect to the server, and there is no support to respond to you. All channels are read-only, and no one can ask and communicate to solve the problem. Will you be angry? I think I've been very restrained.

Sorry to hear this friend it looks like you are in the public discord for them and I had similar issues when I used them took about 2-3 days to finally get into the members discord. Auden should see this and be able to contact you in there so you can get it sorted out hope they reimburse your time till then though

We’re currently having a small maintenance to push some updates we have been working on, which is why you can’t connect to the server. We’ll be finished with the update soon, and we will of course compensate that time!

I’m not sure what you mean by the link you were provided was wrong, what link? They’re pre-made messages, so I’m not sure how they could be wrong.

We do have 24/7 support in our private community, but as I explained to you in our private conversation - I was assisting you at 4 in the morning, so I wasn’t able to assign your role in the private community in time. But, I did stay up assisting you, which I hope you do take into consideration when reflecting on our support.

You should have access to the private community now, though!

*******, yes it is their mistake that they aren't notifed their newcomers about maintenance, but as i can see from your screenshots you are unpatient dumbass, they are too humans and you cant know their timezones, they works hard on their update now, give em time dont be dumbass !!

@ or Val im just trying to get the link so i can pay debit/credit but whenever i try to to open a ticket it says "skipping" abd i cant get a reply via dms my disc is
