"Known for bad support" You must make a Differences between Staffs are idiots and Staff dont give support:

Some off Staffs feels like gods and they are most times to harsh to the customers, but they do their job and nobody who ask for help doenst get help.

If you ask nice, it can be happens that you get a harsh answer but they help you allways so long you follow the rules.

A real problem are they ban often for to small things, that was a point where i often had strong discussion with them. But if you get banned, you get allways refunded. If anyone tell he got scammed, lies. And here make aa no mistakes because paypal is fast with banning account and without paypalaccount you will loose 70% of customers.


The support was and is still ok, but how the staff talks to customers is often strange and a problem where they lost many many customers. But its their decision and the stable number of Paying Customers let them do that.


"non working cheats"

This made me lol. You can say the staffs are assholes and you can tell people about your bad experience with aa, but nonworking hacks is fictitious.

Helios is a very skilled oldscoolcoder and since 25 years still in business and this for sure not because of nonworking hacks. With his Framework you own easely all other hacks, except source engine games. AA has the most stable hacks and you cant find another site what release and update faster than helios.

As is said, you can claim support, assholestaff and whatever, but to write "nonworking hacks" is just to damage aa because of your personal bad experience. .

Much text but i will disagree in some sentences.

You just confirmed what i wrote about their support.

Yes they treat customers like trash.
Yes they dont support. If you ask anything they will either ignore or send you an FAQ / instructions which wont solve the issue.
Yes they ban customers for no reason and NO they dont do refunds.


In regard to non working cheats, maybe this was a bit biased. But as far as i remember they used patched OS and many have problems with it (or the loader) including my friends. If you cant get this working properly the cheat wont work anyways.


Therefrom due to those facts which many disappointed customers of AA can agree (check High-Minded) i listed them as untrusted. Doesnt mean that they scam but with those insults and random bans you should better go to a reliable provider which provides decent support etc.

The Problem with this kind of threads is they are opinion-making for people who just read the threads. Also, humans personality let him spread often negative experience, but only few positive things. this is evolution related.

I have many friends that have used aa in the past. When their cheats got detected and one of them reported it, they got banned lol. Thats not being honest with customers at all, i mean, who the **** bans people for such a thing? Other friends asked for help, including me, in a very nice way = ban. The ban messages aswell, oh well. At one point a friend of mine said, ok this is getting weird.. I wont repeat what his response from the aa staff was, but yea, it was over the line. For practicly no reason, no, it was not any noob questions at all. We still belive that they dont want customers there, im not kidding. Its not about being harsh at all, its about something else... Thats what i think anyway. Their bad rep is known for a good reason, no smoke without fire, correct? When it comes to payments and refund, i got the refund no problemo there though, i would not say they are scam at all. Have not seen anyone myself not getting refunded, so thats good i guess. All in all, i would say the amount of bad experiences with aa is to high compared to the good ones from what i have seen and experienced. And btw, its just not here, but in any forum you enter people will say the same thing. I have yet to experience entering a forum/site and hear good things about aa, well unless you go into aa ofc. It`s a while ago since i was there, but from i read, its most likely the same as then.

Yeah the friend from a friend and his Guinea pig got banned because of it asked nice for help. Bullshit.

Please post screenshots and chatlogs from this cases or give me your aa username and im sure the aa staff find the exact reason for your ban. All bans on aa are logged and the reasons noted in many times with proofs. As i said, AA staff are often to harsh and they are to fast with banning customers for small things, but that you or your imaginary friend got banned for nice questions is a lie!
