Okay so Apex Legends resolutions begin right now for GatorCheats.

It's clear we got too big and with the users we have now alone every new build I make is just going to get detected once pushed to a massive userbase.

Here are my actions:

First, I am closing Apex sales right now. No new customers will be allowed.

PUBG, Dead by Daylight and the private cheat will still accept new users, but not Apex.

Next, I am going to add a package on the website where you can pay a fee to transfer to PUBG, DBD or the new CoD that is coming out. The new CoD that is coming out is a sure thing in terms of me having a product at launch.

This should lessen the massive userbase I have for Apex. I am hoping at least 50% of people swap but obviously I won't force anyone to.

Next, I am going to push a new UD build for Apex to the remaining users and simply hope that the trouble stops.

Finally, I will continue to have my sales closed.

I am requesting to be taken off the list on EPVP for Apex specifically since I will no longer sell. I'll also close my sales threads with this message and post it as many places as I can.

Of course it's going to suck not making Apex money anymore, but I care more about my users than my top seller, which is why I've gotten as far as I have. Trust is really important in this market and that must exist over money.

Can I at least get something set up so I can see updates? I understand that it can go on maintenance to correct issues but I dont understand that you go silent when people order stuffs but you can answer posts on ekutepvpers. Support texts or email none of them have any actual response after 12 hours they promised. Not being impatient but asking for some communications.

How long does it take to update? Didn't see this so just purchased yesterday, but as above mentioned, no email replies, no PM replies, and tried adding you on discord.

Hello there! Yesterday I was sort of a ghost with Apex because I was really wanting to push it back up yesterday. However, I need to do more testing.

Hal (my support helper) has Tuesdays and Thursdays off so the support was lacking greatly yesterday. We just got online together so while I work on Apex he will be handling your situation!

I understand completely. I should have sent out some emails notifying you guys about the delay ahead of time.

I guess I assumed I would wrap up my update work before noon, then before the end of the day and do deliveries, but I did not.

You are correct. As announced on the thread, site announcement and in the Discord, it's currently detected and I am updating it by pushing a new UD build to users. Apologies for the wait.

Being not verified and being UD are not alike. You aren't verified either due to not having Windows 10 or being rejected. Everyone accepted is verified within 24 hours.

I have 4 total rejected users recently, only 2 of which I contacted about it, you might be one of them. Unless you are a user who was on Windows 7 who I contacted via email twice.

I'll go ahead and search around your posts to see if you dropped any order info.

If not, I will PM you now and you can reply to that.

You finding another provider is great, I really hope it works out for you.

However, that doesn't really change the fact that you and I have a legal agreement via my website that you are not entitled to a refund based on cheat status.

You paid for X amount of membership to my software, when available.

You will simply have to use it when it's up, and not when it's down.

It's currently updating.

I'm not sure which order you are, we have 2 pending verify now, if one of those is you it'll only be a few more minutes. Did 2 at 5AM so one of those may have been you in which case, already done.
