A strategy is the goal and tactic the execution. That is where we come in...

We are a highly trained military/police task force wich isn't bounded to any state or country. That allows us to keep our neutrality in order to prevent the occurrence of boundaries wich result from difficult political situations in each country we are operating in.

In a city like San Paro, a good tactic requires efficient teamwork, proper communication and the skills to handle any situation dynamicly, no matter if lethal or non-lethal.

Justice is our strategy and we are the "Tactics".

Played a few missions with him a few days ago. I already got a clan, but it was nice to cooperate with him and play as a team. Many clans are missing that and I appreciate that there are some enforcer's clans that are actually giving ground to the teamplay and not to the usual rambo-style.
