i was wondering where some spots are or better yet some guide to botting areas within the game im level 22 now and assassin and i cant find any neutral mobs for my level except the coast of veteron :S

Coast of Veteron till 23, then Eltnen Mobs. You can take Aggro Mobs on level 23 o.o
