Is there any areas where you can bot safely from 55-60 in Sarpan? and if also from 60-65 i would appreciate it.

In Sarpan you could bot near the Brohums.
But tbh I wouldnt recommend to bot in Sarpan, you could do the Platin / Mithril Coin Quest (If Asmo Platin and if Elyos the Mithril Coin Quest).
You get coins and random trashloot (on Thor the Platinum Coins are selling for like 30k each).

Actually there is a faster way if your bot can glide through a windstream.
The mithril coin quest in Gelkmaros.
