Beluslan instance location??

Ok i been looking for this instance location in beluslan and cant seem to find it. There must be a place like the fire temple in morheim but where ??

Any 1 able to post a location for it ? and or the place for the quest to gain access if needed ??

I don't think so, I think Beluslan is just insanely small. I don't really go there anymore though, all the mobs are only level 20-25.
