[Problem] Teleporter and carries

Hello, here is my problem when I want to use a teleporter or a carrier here is the error ...

"impossible to use because of your race"

any one has an idea about the problem?

There are specific Teleporters and carriers in the new worlds ( Tiamaranta, Sarpan )
So you have to use the asmodian or elyos teleporter. So if you´re elyos, you have to use the eylos teleporter and if you´re asmodian the asmodian one

thank you for your quick response, I'm the trouble I took the Asmodians portal Ishalgen or Pandaemonium... but alas its not working

for more precision I looked here:

aion \ gameserver \ data \ static \ npcs \ teleporters

example opens Ishalgen.xml
