I don`t know anythink about an fly hack but for speedhack use google with keyword: SpeadGear it works 100% (starting first and than aionclient)

Use first speedgear (before you start the aion client) use it only with the option "for all windows" and than start it.

Now start the aion client and how you see on the login the speed is very fast.

PS: Don´t stay ingame for a while because it will disconnect you
