Of course you can, but the story line or incorrect quest descriptions and mob names are all client based. Thank GF for that, official European servers have the exact same nonsense.
Some mobs walking in the air is a bug that can be fixed, but just visit other private servers and find out which problems exist there. No private server is flawless, but if your tolerance level is that low, Aion maybe isn't the right game for you. As I said, most of the problems you mentioned even exist on official servers.
We try our best to fix your issues (more important ones first), but two and a half hours between your report and posting stuff like you did is not even enough time for us to notice or read anything.
Discouraging potential new players to join us is a serious matter, that should be thought about twice. For you it's just a few words, for the rest of the community this can have a greater effect in the long run than you might think. We've seen it on our server as well as on others. Once players start to leave, many will follow with only a few staying. Recovering from that takes months.
