Its a french server so none/not much English speaking from them from what I see.

You can change the language is FR + ENG Don't worry , administrator speaks English and French

It's really sad, I was waiting an 1.9 server for a long time.. and now there is one, there are nobody on it.
I don't get it, an 1.9 server would be so amazing :'(

Its sad but there is just not enough players to make me continue leveling. Maybe I will try again in the future.

pretty true. If some1 wants low rate - ncsoft/ gameforge. People dont have time to play on low rate servers now, as we live in a rush hour of this world
